Shipping policy

An insurance option may be offered in the shipping process and is highly recommended. In the event of a damaged insured package, please contact us immediately so the situation may be corrected. If your order was not insured and it gets damaged or lost, Empressive Cycle will not be held responsible. All orders are generally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders during a sale may take longer to process and ship.
