Refund policy

Cancellations/Refunds can be made within 24 hours or before item is shipped. If you have any issues with your order, we have a 15 day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your items to request a return. Please submit photos of the product to start a return to contact@empressivecycle.com . We will notify you once we've received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
